We believe that your most treasured possessions – apart from your family – are the wonderful memories of children growing up. From play and pre-school, then at ‘big-school’. Those years pass so quickly and capturing and reliving those happy moments are so important. Our dance school teachers and helpers all understand that and for them to capture their work on film is the thing they tell us that makes it all worthwhile.
The show is all over so quickly, all that work is but a memory unless captured on video.
Wizard is especially skilled in filming choreography. Patricia Ellis, Wizard’s MD, has been the Principal of her own RAD dance school for 40 years, producing many dance school shows during that time. She understands how to get the very best from filming and editing school shows.
FREE Dance School Show Filming Service
Filming costs are covered through DVD sales to pupils, performers and their families.
We do need a guaranteed minimum sales total to give you a free filming service.
(30* for a single camera weekday show and 90* for a two camera show. The number of cameras at a show usually depends upon the complexity of choreography, number of performers & sales potential).

DVDs retail from £17.95. (single camera - weekday) and £21.95 (two cameras)

We will send you a booking confirmation with forms to complete and a checklist to help with the filming process, followed by a sales pack with order forms, posters and payment slips to help you promote DVD sales

Title pages, covers and DVD face design are created to match the show programme and the theme

You place your DVD order through Wizard direct and it will normally† be fulfilled within five days of ordering!
*'Minimum sales required' is subject to geographical proximity to our main office. Performance filmed at distance may be required to guarantee higher minium sales
†Turnaround during busy periods will be longer as we have far larger volume of productions to edit within a shorter timeframe

Call us for a free copy of Curtain Up, a guide to school show video production. In this 16 page guide, note-maker and DVD, we’ll walk you through producing a show. We give you tips on venue - space requirements, lighting, sound, performers, costumes and make-up. Whether Wizard are filming or you have arranged for a parent or member of staff to film, Wizard will then be pleased to arrange the duplication.
